Our main scholarship program, "The Ivy League," rewards sisters for outstanding GPA's. At the end of each semester, we hold a Scholarship Brunch. In the fall it is held at Centro, a restaurant downtown, and in the spring we hold a brunch at the house. Sister's who earn above a 3.0 receive an Ivy League t-shirt, and those who earn a 4.0 are given a special gift.
In our basement we have a 24 hour quiet Scholarship room that features study files, and a majors wall, where each girl is listed under her college. This is a great way for girls to find help from upperclassmen in their field and make sure they choose classes that will help them get the most out of their education. Each semester, girls record the professors and classes they took, which is then filed in a database to make registration easier for our members.
In addition, on Monday's, during our weekly dinner, if a girl earns an A or B on a test, paper or project, she can submit it into the weekly drawing for fun giftcards from places like Starbucks, Target and Caribou!
